In instances where we find visible evidence of illegal entry or vandalism, the appropriate authorities will be contacted and they will in turn contact you. We would take remedial actions based on their instructions.
Should minor repairs to any part of your property be required, we can arrange to have the work done by a local contractor, with your written permission. Charges for the above services are as flexible as your needs
